With his irrefutable experience and abilities, he has earned the reputation of an inspiring personality in the domain of Human Resource Management. He is the current Secretary General of the lndo Gulf & Middle East Chamber of Commerce (INMECC ). In the past, he was also the General Secretary of the Indian Personnel Expert Promotion Council (IPEPCIL ) and the former National General Secretary of the Federation of Overseas Recruitment Association of India (FORAI), the confederation of the Overseas Recruitment Agencies in India.
